Three Perspectives. One Team.

The core program forms the backbone for all three target groups. Shadowing and interim management fit in wherever a team is currently at: before, alongside, or in place of the 8-week program.

Perspective A

The 8-Week Forging Process

Cohort · at least 6 participants · 8 weeks

Cross-functional cohort training for sales, marketing, and partner teams, delivered live and on-the-job using the client’s real deals, campaigns, and partner cases. We deliberately avoid generic case studies.

Two tracks: the New Customer Track (pipeline development, qualification, closing—with a focus on tech companies and software service providers) and the Partner Track (channel qualification, partner enablement, joint forecasting—with a focus on product manufacturers).

What remains afterward: a shared playbook, a common language across sales, marketing, and partners, and a clear KPI target. Pricing is available upon request; the starting point is always the intro call.

Phase Weeks Content
1. Diagnosis & Focus 1–2 Audit of sales, marketing, and partner processes; establish a common framework for evaluation; define one key objective per team.
2. Skillset & Mindset 3–4 Live cohort sessions (twice a week) on discovery, qualification, messaging, and partner enablement; daily masterclass.
3. Toolset & Systems 5–6 Playbook, mutual action plans, lead/partner scoring, and handoff points from marketing to sales to partners are developed collaboratively and tested in ongoing deals.
4. Embedding & Handoff 7–8 Coaching on real-life cases; managers are empowered to continue using the playbook independently; results review with before-and-after KPIs.
Perspective B

Shadowing

Days to weeks · flexible scheduling

A Quotaforge coach observes real sales, marketing, or partner meetings—such as discovery calls, QBRs, and partner reviews—directly in the course of daily business and provides immediate feedback.

Typical scenarios: a new executive (e.g., new Head of Sales), a new product, a new partner channel. A supplement or introduction before the 8-week program, especially for specific key roles.

A low-barrier entry point for prospective clients who do not yet wish to book the full program, and an obvious cross-sell opportunity following the intro call.

Perspective C

Interim Management

Weeks to months · fixed-term

Temporary assumption of operational sales, marketing, or partner/channel management—for example, during a vacancy, in scaling phases, or during the introduction of a new framework.

The difference from traditional temporary staffing or freelance placement lies in the methodology, which remains in place: the playbook, forecasting, reporting, and hiring profile for the permanent position continue even after the interim manager’s departure.

Target audience: primarily software service providers and product manufacturers in growth or transition phases without a suitable internal executive. Can seamlessly transition into an 8-week program as soon as the permanent hire is made.
